This report highlights our corporate responsibility efforts, our progress
against existing goals and our objectives for improving our environmental,
social and governance performance. We have presented this report in an
interactive, web-based format in order to better engage our stakeholders and
allow for more frequent updates, as well as to limit the environmental impact of
a full printed report. We have organized this report for ease of navigation and
according to what we believe are the areas of greatest interest to our
stakeholders.
We have included the voices of our stakeholders in an effort to reflect the
values upon which Avon was founded. It is our sincere hope that you will find
the stories and information contained in these pages to be engaging and
transparent.
This report applies the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G3 Sustainability
Reporting Guidelines. Avon has self-declared an application level of C. Please
refer to our GRI Content Index for more information on how we have applied the
G3 Guidelines.
For ease of reference and comparability, we have summarized our key
performance indicators (KPIs). While we intend to undertake a
comprehensive update of the report on corporate
responsibility on a two-year cycle, we will use this web-based format to update
our targets and KPIs online on a regular basis when new
information becomes available, and we will spotlight any particularly compelling
news as appropriate.
