In particular, our strategic focus on the empowerment of women aligns with the very
nature of our products and our customer base.
Six of the 14 positions on Avon’s Executive Committee are held by women: Chairman
and Chief Executive Officer; President; Senior Vice President and President, North
America: Senior Vice President, Global Brand President; Senior Vice President, Global Communications; and Senior Vice President,
General Counsel. Women also hold many positions of leadership in various regions
and countries. As of publication, women also held the general manager positions
in Bolivia, Czech Republic and Slovakia, Ecuador, Finland, France, Greece, Romania
and South East Europe and Taiwan, among others.
