The Avon Foundation and Avon Products, Inc. together respond to national and international
emergencies, and since 2001 have committed $17.5 million for women and their families
affected by events such as the attacks of September 11, 2001, the 2004 tsunami in Southeast Asia, Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in the United States and the 2008 Chinese earthquake.
In addition, the Avon Yellow Ribbon Fund assists the families of military service
personnel lost or wounded in Iraq and other conflicts.
